Postcrossing MY-53851 To U.S.A.



Postcard Delight presents this postcard of Petronas Twin Towers in daylight. As quoted at the back of this postcard, it was designed by Cesar Pelli, a famous Argentine architect, together with Djay Cerico. Petronas Twin Towers were constructed from 1992 to 1998 for a total of 88 floors, and became the tallest buildings in the world for six years until Taipei 101 completed in 2004.

Petronas Twin Towers, the skyscrapers and one of the tallest buildings in the world, is the prime landmark in the capital city of Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur. It has a skybridge between the two towers on 41st and 42nd floors.

Postcrossing MY-53852 To Hong Kong




Postcard Delight presents this postcard of a magnificent landmark in the Kuala Lumpur city. This historical building is known as Sultan Abdul Samad Building, and located in front of the Dataran Merdeka or Independence Square. Besides the major historic event quoted at the back of this postcard, its clock tower also hosted a historic event of standardized the time between Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).
